Why First of its kind??? Coz it was this time that it was completely driven by the Employees themselves, where the HR and Admin were mere enablers


Who were the drivers? A Fun Committee was set up on a voluntary basis from the workforce


How was it driven? Each Member of the Committee came up with an agenda, Food, Music, Fun Activities were set up, also a few members of the Leadership shared ideas about how the culture can be shaped up…


When was it done? At first such events were restricted for a Friday TGIF however, it was realised that having Fun at work is not limited to a specific day of the week…


Where? First of its kind??? Coz it was this time that it was completely driven by the Employees themselves, where the HR and Admin were mere enablersOn the office floors, at a place where the workforce could sit around in a snug proximity with each other - an inhouse amphitheatre.

  • It was just like a spicy splash in curry, very interactive and entertaining. These kinds of activities in continuation will enable all the employee to open with their enthusiasm and creativity that will help to cultivate the best corporate culture and enhance motivation levels.
  • Improved Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) offered tremendous comfort and speed for daily tasks. The most important part of such events is that we get to see the other side of our own colleagues where we feel connected, we get to see teamwork.     CEO, to Leaders, to Mid Managers, to the general workforce, along with the support staff got to mingle in an informal set up, where more than work the sense of belongingness, sharing joy and laughter was the focus…

All said and done, such platforms bring teams together building cohesiveness and a sense of appreciation making the workplace more fun and rejuvenating. Establishing a common base irrespective of positions and functions treating one and all in the same wavelength.
